brand new beginners series

starts in october

It can be overwhelming to try something new

• Am I supposed to take my shoes off?

• Which way am I supposed to orient my yoga mat?

• What the heck is an upward facing dog?

• Am I doing this right??!

Trying something is less intimidating when you do it with others who are in the same boat. Give yourself a chance and

start something new.

“I highly recommend this studio for your practice! The team is very supportive and welcoming of people from all walks of life and allow you to go at your speed/pace/level.”

Gabriella Antonio

Stemming from her work in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and personal battles with chronic illness, Gabriella pursued a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Three Queens Yoga in 2018. Her gentle classes explore taking the practice of yoga off the mat and integrating additional space into day to day life. Her offerings lean on trauma informed training and she welcomes both newcomers and regular practitioners to her classes.

“A wonderful, non-competitive, community based studio focused on alignment of poses.”
