Dance of the 7 Chakras: A Journey Through Energy, Movement & Sound w/ Michael

September 25th

Step into a transformative evening where movement becomes meditation and music awakens your inner landscape. Dance of the 7 Chakras is a guided, immersive experience designed to help you connect deeply with your body, breath, and energy centers.

We begin in a gentle opening circle, setting intention and creating a shared space of presence and connection. From there, you’ll be guided through each of the seven chakras—root to crown—using a blend of intuitive dance, evocative music, and light spoken guidance to awaken and balance each energy center.

Expect grounding rhythms for the root, fluid and sensual movement for the sacral, empowering beats for the solar plexus, heart-opening melodies, expressive throat activation, and expansive, meditative soundscapes as we rise to the third eye and crown. No dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move, feel, and explore.

As the journey integrates, we’ll transition into a deeply restorative savasana accompanied by a soothing sound bath, allowing the body and nervous system to fully absorb the experience.

We close in circle, sharing presence and grounding together, followed by fresh fruit to nourish and reconnect.

Come as you are. Leave aligned, energized, and deeply restored.

Yoga Retreat to Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula w/ Justicia & Alan

February 14-21, 2027

Spend a week in paradise with Justicia & Alan in one of the most bio-diverse places on the planet, Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula! Home to four species of monkeys, toucans, parrots, and countless other animals, this pristine rainforest abounds with life, and is the perfect backdrop for the yoga adventure retreat of a lifetime.

We will be spending seven days and six nights at the stunning Encanta la Vida retreat center and lodge. From the lodge, it’s a short stroll through a grove of chocolate trees to catch waves at the very private Pan Dulce Beach, or hike inland to marvel at waterfalls and wildlife.
